The staff members were friendly and always eager to assist. They spoke English fluently and promptly addressed any concerns I had. when my friends and I had to leave before breakfast, they prepared delicious packed meals for us to take with us. the staff made our experience really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Estonia. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options. the hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi and has a beautifully designed lobby.

This hotel was located in a prime spot on the edge of the Old Town, making it easily accessible by tram. the exclusive amenities in the room provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. the helpful staff catered to my special diet needs by offering a wide range of vegan options at the breakfast buffet.

Although the room was spacious and well-equipped, there was a minor issue with noise from the air conditioning unit or another unit in the building that was present all the time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the little personal touches like the pocket for the business card and postcard. The hotel facilities were great, especially the bar downstairs, where the bartender, Indrek, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the opera, the Russian church in the upper town, and the Solaris mall. Plus, being in the center with convenient tram access made it even better. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff provided excellent service.
